Team Electrical Services – Canning Vale WA An opportunity has presented within the Company for a highly motivated, aspiring, hardworking and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our dynamic commercial construction team. About the role Reporting directly to and working closely with the Project Supervisor, you will lead and manage electrical personnel during the execution phase of various medium to large commercial construction projects. The successful applicant will demonstrate a sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety, Environmental, Australian Standards, Statutory and Regulatory obligations and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and liaising with sub‑contractors, client representatives, consultants, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Great team environment Competitive pay rates + penalties + site allowance + Income Protection Overtime opportunities RDO’s (Rostered Days Off) Metro-based work Positive team culture with opportunities for career progression Permanent full‑time role Immediate start for the right candidate To succeed in this role, you will need: Current A Grade Electrical Workers Licence Valid WA Driver’s Licence Minimum 5 years post‑trade experience in the electrical commercial industry Proven ability to lead and manage on‑site teams effectively A sound knowledge of the Electrical Contracting Industry’s Technical and Statutory requirements A strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and statutory requirements Competence in interpreting project estimates, plans, and specifications Excellent communications, liaison and reporting skills with internal and external stakeholders Proven experience in labour and material forecasting within a team environment Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision Knowledge and supervision of safe working practices involving all operational staff Sound IT skills and knowledge will be desirable.
