Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor Location: Melbourne, VIC | Full-Time, On-Site The Role We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who can take full ownership of a decent sized commercial project. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery, managing your team, solving problems proactively, and keeping the project running smoothly. You’ll be on site full‑time, leading your crew (A‑Grades + apprentices), sequencing works, managing materials, reading plans, and coordinating with our subcontractors as needed. You’ll handle RFIs, raise issues early, and work closely with our project managers to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. We need someone who treats the site like their own business: safe, on schedule, high‑quality, and well‑coordinated. If you enjoy leading a team and running a project from start to finish, this role is for you. What We Need From You Proven experience running commercial electrical projects on‑site, day‑to‑day. Comfortable leading a team, delegating tasks, and ensuring milestones are met. Experience handling RFIs, troubleshooting, and coordinating with project managers and clients. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations, compliance, safety, and sequencing. Valid A‑Grade licence and relevant certifications. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
