As they accelerate their commitment to sustainability and customer-focused innovation, they are seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join their high-performing strategy team. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead impactful transformation initiatives-translating complex projects into practical, user-focused change plans that drive digitisation, automation, and cultural evolution across the business. Key Responsibilities Deliver and execute change strategies that embed new processes, technologies, and cultural shifts. Partner with stakeholders to ensure business readiness, adoption, and long-term success. Lead communications, engagement, and training to minimise resistance and uplift capability. Monitor change outcomes, track progress, and recommend improvements. Collaborate across IT, Operations, Credit, Risk, HR, Legal, Marketing, and Support to align people, processes, and systems with organisational goals. Facilitate workshops, coaching, and awareness programs to enhance enterprise change capability. What You Bring Degree or equivalent experience in change management (Prosci ADKAR certified). 2-3 years in organisational change within complex, global environments. Proficiency in SharePoint, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Excel, and e-learning tools. Strong communication skills, values-driven approach, and ability to influence at senior levels. Passion for coaching, development, and delivering meaningful change. What's In It for You $130K base + super + 10% annual bonus.
