Sales Development Representative – Netskope Join us at Netskope as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and help redefine Cloud, Network, and Data Security. About the Position We’re seeking a competitive, hard‑working, goal‑oriented SDR to join our growing team. As an SDR, you’ll prospect, qualify, and set demos for our Regional Sales Managers with companies that could benefit from Netskope’s solutions. You will have the opportunity to truly contribute and make an impact at a pivotal stage in a fast‑growing cloud‑security leader. Job Requirements A true hunter Motivated by doing great work at a growing company A self‑starter with a strong work ethic and ability to think critically Professionally persistent (not “salesy”) Can think on your feet in a conversation and answer unexpected questions with ease and confidence Naturally curious Resilient in the face of objections Passionate about sales Self‑motivated Organized Positive Ability to hold yourself accountable Confident using programs like LinkedIn and Salesforce or can quickly learn new tools Passion for building an iconic startup, not a conventional 9‑5 job Responsibilities Generate qualified sales opportunities through inbound prospect qualification and outbound pipeline generation. Leverage outbound prospecting techniques—including cold calls, automated email sequences, LinkedIn, and video—to secure prospect meetings for Regional Sales Managers. Log and track all prospect information and activities in Salesforce. Continuously track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide feedback to optimize outbound outreach. Consistently achieve targets tied to key performance metrics such as outbound activity, appointments set, and new pipeline added. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging.
