About the role DBG Health is seeking a Supply Planner to oversee the timely and efficient supply of pharmaceutical products in line with our sales plan. This role focuses on building strong supplier relationships, ensuring a 95% service level, and optimizing stock levels and responsiveness. You will actively manage product flow and supplier changes to maximise service while minimising write‑off costs. This is a critical position that plays a key role in meeting customer needs and driving business profitability. Role & Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day S&OP support, purchase forecasting, PO creation, supplier scheduling, stock monitoring, and ERP accuracy to maintain high service levels and optimal inventory. Act as the primary contact for suppliers, leading regular performance meetings, resolving supply issues, and building strong partnerships that drive mutual benefit. Provide timely supply‑chain updates, balance service/cost/stock outcomes, ensure suppliers have materials and capacity, and deliver accurate demand plans to support sales. Embed continuous improvement across suppliers and internal teams, lead KPI‑driven supplier reviews, implement scorecards, and align operations around a unified plan. Work closely with sales, operations, and internal teams to communicate service levels, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment on stock and supply‑chain priorities. Champion company values, uphold policies, model safe behaviours, support process automation, maintain workplace standards, and contribute to a collaborative, adaptable organisational culture. Skills & Experience Min 3+ years of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing, with experience in supply planning, logistics, ERP systems and MRP data integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel capability (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas), strong data accuracy and ability to present information clearly and concisely. Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, conflicting priorities and multiple tasks in fast‑paced environments, using effective planning and tracking systems. Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening and strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence and work independently or within a team. Dynamic approach to resolving short‑ and medium‑term issues, strong deductive reasoning and capacity to make informed, logical decisions. Proven ability to identify and suggest process enhancements, with desirable experience in pharmaceutical/FMCG environments and supply‑planning process improvement.
