We are now seeking a Wall area/floor area Take-Off Assistant to join our growing team based in Rydalmere, NSW . About the Role This full-time position involves measuring and calculating the external wall areas, party wall areas, and flooring areas using easy-to-use tools of residential building (houses/townhouses/duplexes etc) based on architectural drawings. Key Responsibilities Review architectural and construction drawings for residential buildings. Measure and calculate wall and/or floor cladding areas (m²) using digital tools or software. Prepare and record take-off data for project estimation. Liaise with internal teams (sales, technical, drafting) to ensure accuracy. Maintain project documentation and drawing archives. Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives. What We’re Looking For No prior experience is required — full training will be provided .We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented , and eager to learn.
