About the Role We're looking for a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents. What You’ll Need ✔️ A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences. ✔️ Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing or a similar role (aged care highly regarded). ✔️ Excellent creativity, organisation and communication skills. ✔️ Leadership experience or a strong desire to coach and support a team. ✔️ A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services or leisure & lifestyle is desirable. ✔️ Willingness to complete: Pre‑employment medical Create a Life Full of Meaning If you are a passionate leader who believes every day should be filled with purpose and joy, this is your chance to make a profound difference.
