Love the outdoors and gardening then share your skills with others Knox Environment Society – Ferntree Gully VIC If you love the outdoors and gardening, the Knox Environment Society is looking for nursery volunteers to help propagate and sell native plants. The Knox Environment Society (KES) is a membership-based organization of like-minded individuals that have a concern for the environment. KES works closely with Knox Council, other environmental groups, friends groups and individuals to achieve the Society's objectives. Available positions: Point of sale and stock area presentation Propagation – seeds, preparation of cuttings, picking out cuttings Seed sorting, cleaning and some cataloging Weeding of sales stock and indigenous native beds at the nursery Cleaning, sorting and preparing pots and tubes with soil for propagation Category: Environment & Conservation Commitment: Regular – more than 6 months Type Of Work: Garden Maintenance, Retail & Sales, Trades & Maintenance Time Required: Thursday 10-4.00pm (2 shifts) Saturday 10am-1.00pm Sunday 10.00-2.00pm Training: Yes #J-18808-Ljbffr
