We deliver innovative, community-based ear health programs in partnership with schools, communities, and health providers. Our Mission As our Manager Partnerships, Sponsors & Grants, you'll be at the heart of our growth and sustainability. You'll lead the charge in securing essential funding through grants, sponsorships, and donations, while amplifying our brand and impact through strategic marketing and selected events. Your Role Sponsorships & Donor Relations Cultivate and grow relationships with existing sponsors. Secure new sponsorships and in‑kind support. Deliver sponsor benefits and coordinate engagement events. Leadership Part of the Strategic Leadership team Manage any interns Collaborate closely to align funding with program needs. Grants & Fundraising Work with the Grants Lead to identify and apply for high‑impact grants aligned with our mission. Work with the Grants Lead who manage the full grant lifecycle—from scoping to reporting. Maintain meticulous records and tracking systems.
