Overview Inventory Coordinator role at Endotherapeutics . The role focuses on coordinating loaned instruments, inspecting, packaging, and distributing instruments used for surgical procedures, and ensuring instrument sets are complete and ready for use across surgical specialties. Responsibilities Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitals Maintaining instrument and implant sets to ensure loan kits are ready for use with proper functionality and cleanliness Liaising with couriers, placing urgent orders and following up on PODs for loan and consignment stock Resupplying and picking inventory for hospital consignment locations Sending stock to the sales team for their inventories Transacting accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating procedures Fulfillment of Endotherapeutics online ecommerce orders including customer and database updates Systematic cycle count of stock at Head Office Receipt of stock at head office into systems and unpacking into appropriate bays Order, receipt and unpacking of office supplies including stationery and kitchen supplies Manual handling may be required, up to 15kg About You A highly motivated and positive attitude Attention to detail in all aspects of your role Great organisational and time management skills Ability to work in a team Capacity to prioritise tasks Good interpersonal customer support and communication skills Please note, as part of this recruitment process, applicants will be required to attend a pre-employment medical.
