About this opportunity The Coordinator, DFV Programs leads the delivery and continuous improvement of trauma-informed domestic and family violence services across the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven, while maintaining a small caseload to model best practice and support frontline impact. In this role you will: Lead and support a team of specialist DFV caseworkers, including remote management and supervision. Implement and maintain a high-quality case management framework, grounded in intersectional feminist, trauma-informed, and strength-based practice. Provide mentoring and leadership, including supervision, training, and one-on-one support to build best-practice capability across the team. Ensure data integrity and reporting standards, supporting accurate data collection and preparation of program reports. Manage contracts, funding, and service agreements, ensuring program targets are met and resources are aligned with budget planning. About You We’re looking for a talented and experienced professional, who is passionate about leading a team that support community. As the ideal candidate you will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, and/or extensive experience coordinating DFV services. Proven leadership in trauma-informed, strengths-based case management that prioritises client safety and wellbeing. Inclusive and collaborative leadership style, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team empowerment. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and contribute to funding submissions and stakeholder engagement.
