Customer Service Coordinator Grace Workplace Solutions We are looking for an outgoing and customer focused individual to join our Workplace Solutions team (office moving and project logistics). You will be responsible for providing administrative, sales and customer service assistance to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Branch. The role is critical to a seamless customer experience. Customer communication before, during and after a project. Resolve issues as they arise or direct them to the appropriate person for timely resolution. Respond to phone, email and internet enquiries making direct sales where appropriate based on the size, value, complexity of the project. Administrative support for all team members. Daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks. Point of contact for Branch accounting queries. What you will bring to the role A commitment and passion to deliver outstanding customer service A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Have good time management skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work in a team environment Excellent organisation and administration skills What’s in it for you?
