Role Overview Senior Coordinator, Workplace Solutions at Victoria University (VU) will shape future learning environments by integrating physical and digital workplace solutions across campus. Responsibilities Lead the integration of physical and digital workplace solutions, aligning space, technology, and policy to enable high-performing hybrid work environments. Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, People & Culture, Student Systems, and other stakeholders to deliver workplace designs supporting teaching, learning, research, and student experience. Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery within a complex university environment. Qualifications Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent extensive experience in workplace modernisation, space planning, or project management. Demonstrated expertise in integrating physical and digital resources to deliver modern workplace solutions. Proven project management skills in complex environments, translating strategy into deliverable projects. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive change. Commitment to customer service and delivering results aligned with strategic objectives. A current Employee Working with Children Check.
