Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are looking for a customer-focused individual for a fixed-term, full-time contract , where the primary objective is to provide support and assistance with the resolution of IT incidents and requests. Your proven communication skills, proactive approach, and strong time management will ensure you build effective working relationships with both internal and external customer. About The Role An opportunity now exists for an IT Service Desk Coordinator to join our IT Team based at our head office in Seven Hills. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient service is provided to our users in order to meet the needs of the business and ensure timely responses and resolution to incidents and requests. The opportunity would also suit a graduate or someone looking to start their career in IT. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for all incidents and requests Provide first and second line technical support on a wide range of technologies and systems via phone, email and face to face Resolving incoming support incidents Service, prioritise and elevate inbound service requests Participate in a range of projects and become a subject matter expert for a variety of company systems where required About You Call on your previous IT experience including desktop and application support, licensing and diagnostics to provide an exceptional service in a demanding but rewarding environment Have a minimum of 6 months experience in any IT environment with particular emphasis on help desk/service desk, application support, or system administration roles Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with people at all levels of the business (both internal and external) with confident verbal and written communication Highly motivated and have a keen eye for detail and able to follow through on tasks Ability to work unsupervised and as a team player whilst accountable for your own actions Ideally worked 6 months in a system support role preferred Experience with Windows Desktop PC/Office365/Active Directory/MFA preferred Experience with SOE Imaging, Remote Support Technologies, Mobile Device Management and Telephone systems desirable Have a passion for technology What's in it for you?
