About the Role Alliance is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable and proactive Scheduling Coordinator – After Hours to support our clients and Support Workers outside standard business hours. This role plays a vital part in ensuring continuity of care for our clients by coordinating Support Worker schedules when needs arise after hours. This is a remote administrative role that follows established processes to help maintain Alliance Community’s high quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities Complete scheduling tasks handed over by branch teams at the end of the day. Respond to urgent client support needs by matching suitably qualified Support Workers. Maintain accurate and timely information in our CRM systems. Communicate roster changes to clients, Support Workers and funders. Escalate urgent matters to the On-Call Manager when required. Support Support Workers by providing information and guidance during after-hours shifts. What You’ll Bring Strong customer service skills and clear written and verbal communication. High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Ability to work independently in a compliance-focused and routine-based environment. Confidence navigating digital systems, call platforms and online databases. Sound judgment, confidentiality and professional conduct. Experience in the care or community sector is highly regarded. Ability to work remotely outside normal business hours. Working With Children Check / Working With Vulnerable People (state-based). NDIS Worker Screening Check. National Criminal History Check. Strong computer and administrative skills.
