Overview We are seeking highly skilled and driven IT professionals to join our Digital Integration Invoicing and Partnerships and Enterprise Data and Analytics teams. As a Cloud Technical Specialist, in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our data exchange and data analysis platforms in a large IT environment. Working in a dynamic team environment you’ll use your knowledge and experience to lead the development of innovative solutions that support ATO objectives. You will be a self‑starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of tailoring written and verbal engagements to influence stakeholders, drive problem solving, and resolve issues. You will be involved in developing and maintaining technical documentation, driving best practices in governance, and ensuring platform sustainability through proactive monitoring, upgrades, and optimisation. You’ll have strong hands‑on experience delivering AWS cloud solutions in large, complex, multi‑client and multi‑vendor environments, and the drive to help mature our cloud engineering practice. As a leader, you will be committed to knowledge sharing, team mentoring, uplifting technical capability and fostering a collaborative and high‑performing culture across the ATO. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data exchange and data analysis platforms in a large IT environment. Lead the development of innovative solutions that support ATO objectives. Tailor written and verbal engagements to influence stakeholders, drive problem solving, and resolve issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation, drive best practices in governance, and ensure platform sustainability through proactive monitoring, upgrades, and optimisation. Deliver AWS cloud solutions in large, complex, multi‑client, and multi‑vendor environments while maturing the cloud engineering practice. Mentor team members, share knowledge, and foster a collaborative and high‑performing culture. Qualifications Strong hands‑on experience delivering AWS cloud solutions. Experience in large, complex, multi‑client and multi‑vendor environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Locations These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non‑ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD.
