Job Details Mental Health Clinician – Infant and Child Team, Full time ongoing position, commencing 12th January 2026 Classification: Clinical Psychologist grade 2, Occupational Therapist/Social Worker/Speech Pathologist grade 2, Registered Psychiatric Nurse grade 3 Location: Nepean Highway, Moorabbin About Our Team Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is friendly to infants, children, young people and their families/carers. We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends and support networks. We are a specialist, multi-disciplinary and intensive care mental health service incorporating the lived and living experience of family peer specialists and youth peer workers. Our service is divided into two streams 0-11 and 12-26 years, and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders and outreach support. What You’ll Be Doing Provide case management, clinical assessment, intervention and discharge planning for infants and children aged 0-11 years and their families who experience emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. About You Approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of AHPRA (or the appropriate professional body).
