We are looking for a passionate person to drive hospitality and daily office service for the Global Real Estate and Workplace Services team. About The Role: Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, greeting and welcoming guests to the site. Execute in‑office workplace service events and employee activities, coordinating with the GREWS team for timely experiences. Assist with company local events & meetings (onsite/offsite conference room reservations, catering, décor, coordination, etc.). Manage conference room scheduling and work with meeting hosts on catering and A/V requirements. Configure and set up physical spaces for training and conference rooms. Collaborate with IT/Helpdesk/EA/HR teams for room setups and event support. Support new‑hire and onboarding process including workspace preparation and credential access. Maintain security procedures in partnership with Global Physical Security. Maintain safe and clean reception area, break area, and all other workspaces. Act as the local subject matter expert for hotels, restaurants, team‑building activities, and general area knowledge. Administer back‑of‑house facilities operations (FF&E, MEP issues, vendor SLAs, property‑management coordination). Collaborate with business unit representatives and stakeholders regularly. Respond to workplace inquiries, assess needs, and take corrective action. Escalate appropriately and document incidents when needed. Act as liaison with Landlord/Property Management for maintenance issues. Host recurring meetings to communicate property/building processes, maintenance events, and projects. Monitor and maintain office equipment in partnership with IT (printers, shredders, etc.). Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and procure snacks, copy center, shipping supplies. Handle incoming mail, sorting, forwarding, routing, and express mail services. Assist GREWS leaders with operational budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Finance. What You’ll Need: Minimum of 5 years professional experience. Facilities Management and/or Office Services experience. Previous hotel/hospitality experience (front‑of‑house appreciated). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels, including senior management. Basic understanding of local building and fire codes, Fire/Life/Safety plans, and Environmental Health & Safety standards. Basic understanding of commercial MEP systems and functionalities. Basic understanding of Audio/Visual conferencing systems. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize multiple high‑priority tasks. Unimpeachable judgment and discretion in handling confidential information. Flexibility to perform job tasks outside the job description when necessary. Keen attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities. High level of integrity with confidentiality. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
