Permit and Compliance Coordinator $95,000 + $15,000 Retention bonus + Superannuation Work life balance & family friendly hours South Brisbane location An opportunity to be a safety champion at a key site The Position: Facilitating compliance with the Compass Group Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System and providing specialist advice and resources on health, safety, environment, and quality issues across the site Follow Compass health, safety, and security procedures. Manage the Job request authorisation (JRA) and permit to work system to ensure compliance of all contractors and staff to site. The role will need to facilitate all review and implement end to end processes to ensure and improve compliance and safety across the site. Promote and maintain our safety culture by ; Confronting risk and stopping unsafe work, Ensuring compliance, Encouraging the team ,Promoting risk awareness and Involving the team Ensure all site-staff and contractors are inducted correctly utilising the relevant safety policies and procedures Facilitate and monitor the implementation of the health and safety programs across sites ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, standards and regulations in the workplace Plan and deliver training Complete weekly, monthly and yearly monitoring and reporting as required Observation Tracking, Incident Report Tracking, KPI tracking, close out and completion rates Develop and implement Safety Management Plans The Person Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Experience in Incident Reporting and Investigation Experience in interpretation of legislation, regulations, awards and industrial agreements Demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring HSE programs in a multi-service environment Senior First Aid The Benefits Paid parental leave Multiple salary packaging options to make your dollar go further Easy access to 100+ retail discounts Opportunity to learn new skills and move to different internal roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
