Builtcom has constructed thousands of residential apartments, mixed-use and retail projects and we are growing at a rapid rate Due to exponential growth and new projects, we are seeking a passionate, operational and capable Construction Manager to join and lead our high-potential Construction team Key expectations of the role: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards (working closely with Head of Delivery) Coordinate, motivate and operationally assist project teams, to work collaboratively towards achieving project objectives Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure projects remain financially viable Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to guarantee that construction processes align to our compliance and standards (working closely with our Quality and Compliance Manager) Foster effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project progress and compliance with regulations Upskill team members within the Project & Site Delivery divisions Trade background OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects, particularly in high-rise mixed-use residential projects Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and achieve results Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders Proficiency in project management software - Procore and CHEOPS experience is preferred Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes within Residential construction Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
