What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of 14 technicians and apprentices Support and develop junior techs with guidance and coaching Assist with complex diagnostics, troubleshooting and higher‑level repairs Conduct quality checks and ensure manufacturer standards are upheld Work closely with the other Master Techs, Workshop Controller and Service Manager Help maintain a safe, organised, modern workshop Support efficiency, quality improvement, and first‑time‑fix outcomes Champion positive culture, teamwork and professional standards No job allocation or workflow stress — that remains with the Workshop Controller.
