We reward the right person properly — your salary will reflect your skill, leadership ability and diagnostic capability. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of 14 technicians and apprentices. Support and develop junior techs with guidance and coaching. Assist with complex diagnostics, troubleshooting and higher‑level repairs. Conduct quality checks and ensure manufacturer standards are upheld. Work closely with the other Master Techs, Workshop Controller and Service Manager. Help maintain a safe, organised, modern workshop. Support efficiency, quality improvement, and first‑time‑fix outcomes. Champion positive culture, teamwork and professional standards. About You Master Technician or Senior Tech ready for the next step. Natural mentor who takes pride in helping others grow. Strong communicator — patient, clear and approachable. Diagnostic expert with high technical capability. Professional, organised and quality‑focused. Keen to learn the business side of workshop operations.
