Key duties and responsibilities Mobilise and lead the ICT transformation program The Program Manager will develop and implement a detailed mobilisation and delivery plan to guide the early stages of the transformation. This includes defining program structure, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Establish governance and reporting frameworks The role will lead the development of governance structures and reporting mechanisms to support oversight and decision‑making. This includes preparing program dashboards, steering committee packs, and escalation pathways for risks and issues. Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications The Program Manager will design and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure clear communication across internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners. This includes managing expectations, facilitating workshops, and preparing executive‑level briefings. Oversee technical transition design and transition planning Working closely with technical leads, the Program Manager will coordinate the design of the ICT transition approach and the development of a transition roadmap. This includes sequencing activities, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with operational needs. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies The Program Manager will maintain a program‑level risk and issues register, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and regularly reviewed. They will also monitor interdependencies across workstreams and adjust plans as needed to maintain momentum. Provide strategic advice and recommendations The role will support executive decision‑making by preparing briefings, options papers, and recommendations based on program progress, risks, and emerging opportunities. This includes contributing to internal capability planning and future‑state operating model design. This program involves transitioning from an existing shared services arrangement and establishing a fit‑for‑purpose ICT operating model that aligns with the Agency’s national footprint, strategic priorities, and service delivery needs.
