ABOUT THIS ROLE Program Managers coordinate the delivery of multiple related projects and other change activities, which may include business-as-usual activities. Estimated start date: Monday, 02 March 2026 Initial contract duration: 12 months Extension term: 12 months Number of extensions: 2 Location of work: ACT Working arrangements: Hybrid. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Implementing Program management approach appropriate for the Program ensuring alignment with organisational governance standards and frameworks. Determining team structures and establishing a collaborative working environment ensuring timely and orderly delivery Communicating with stakeholders and maintaining awareness of business needs and priorities Ensuring deliverables, milestones, and dependencies are defined and communicated Program tracking and reporting including; budget, schedule, issues, and risks Identify opportunities to consolidate, simplify, streamline, and continually improve Program delivery. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED 5 years' experience delivering ICT Projects within the Australian Intelligence Community (AIC) Demonstrated experience ensuring innovation across ICT projects and strategy alignment Demonstrated prioritised and commensurate performance reporting Australian Citizenship and a TSPV security clearance is essential BENEFITS Why work for ASD?
