Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr About the Role We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing and brand strategy across all channels. This role ensures brand consistency, strengthens market presence, drives engagement, and supports organisational growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will oversee campaigns, content, digital marketing, and communications, collaborating closely with creative, social media, and digital teams to deliver impactful initiatives that elevate the Allara brand. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. What You'll Be Doing Brand Strategy & Alignment: Develop, implement, and manage Allara’s marketing and brand strategy with the CMO, while ensuring brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing, communications, and stakeholder touchpoints. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns end to end (including but not limited to, go‑to‑market campaign planning and management) across digital, social media, email, print, and PR channels. Develop and execute multi‑channel marketing strategies. Content Creation: Content ideation and development, marketing collateral, and creative assets, ensuring quality, messaging accuracy, and consistent tone of voice, across web, social, email, and print. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Oversee paid ads (META, Google, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and automation tools. Interpret analytics, report on performance, and translate insights into actions. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Social Media) and external partners to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, media, and community groups. Copywriting & Communications: support leadership with communications, storytelling, and positioning for high‑profile initiatives, events, and campaigns. Team Leadership & Supplier Management: Lead and coordinate a small marketing team and external suppliers. Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and competing priorities. Performance & Analytics: Monitor and analyse marketing and brand performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results. Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure compliance with spam and privacy regulations in marketing practices. What We’re Looking For Brand Strategist: Strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and multi‑channel campaign management. Creative Storyteller: Skilled in content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution across both digital and traditional channels. Digital Marketer: Proficient in social media marketing, digital marketing tools, and performance analytics. Project Driver: Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously and meeting deadlines. Strategic Innovator: Creative and strategic thinker, able to translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives. Collaborative Communicator: Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills that build trust and alignment. Analytical Thinker: Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring results and optimising marketing performance. Ideal Background Proven Marketer: Minimum 3 years in a marketing specialist or manager role. Creative Thinker: Brings fresh ideas to content and campaigns Proactive & Self‑Directed: Takes initiative and drives tasks to completion with minimal supervision Detail‑Oriented: Ensures accuracy in content, scheduling, and reporting Collaborative: Works well with cross‑functional teams and external partners Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Strong Communicator: Clear and confident in written and verbal communication Why Join Us?
