In this fast-paced role, you'll be part of a creative production team (called LeapFrogger/LF Studio), supporting the creation of standout branded content and pushing the limits of how brands connect with consumers in social media. ROLE OVERVIEW ROLE TITLE: Senior Content Manager REPORTING TO: Director Creative and Social JOB TYPE: Full Time (4 Days Office / 1 Day at home) WHAT YOU’LL BRING We love working with people who match our energy while bringing their unique flair and occasional quirks to the table. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES Supporting the Creative Director in managing and developing the growth of the studio team. Responsible for the trafficking and workflow resourcing of the studio team. Sourcing, vetting and building relationships with a diverse pool of UGC creators & influencers. Translating brand objectives into clear creative briefs for creators, including messaging, content style and performance goals. Guiding the production process from initial concepts to the final assets, ensuring the content aligns with the brief and brand standards. Repurposing and licensing creator content for use across various channels, including paid social ads and organic. Managing contracts, payments, timelines and budgets for both individual creators and influencer partners. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and external agencies. Develop partnerships that meaningfully enhance our product offering and revenue growth. Work to create efficient and effective systems to deliver exceptional outcomes and exceed client expectations. COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE Min 4-year experience in a social media agency or within an in-house role. Experience in managing and mentoring members in the content team. Experience in social media content management. Ability to work effectively within project management tools and systems. Extreme passion and interest for social media, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok. A good understanding of Australian influencers & Tik Tok stars are preferred but not essential. Responsive, organised and on the ball. An ability to work reactively and at speed in a quick turnaround environment. Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments.
