Pharmacy Regional Manager

About the role:Reporting to the Head of Apex Operations, you will be responsible, on behalf of each Pharmacy Owner, for the effective management of a group of 10 pharmacies located across Victoria. This is a diverse role dedicated to supporting the operation of each Partner Pharmacy, with the end-to-end accountability for people, product, service, professional compliance and financial performance.
To be successful in this role, you will have:5 years + experience managing a medium to large team in retail, big box, and/or franchise environmentExcellent leadership, communication and influencing skills, we want you to bring your team on the journey with usStrong understanding of retail KPI's and how these deliver results to the P&LAttention to detail to monitor standards and performanceWell-developed business/financial acumenHigh-level skills in P&L analysis and ability to interpret data and recommend actions to improve business performanceAbility to interact with and most importantly engage with all levels of management from store to executive levelAbility to undertake a regular mix of metro and regional travel, averaging 5 - 7 nights away from home a month and periodic interstate travel.
