The Team The Integrated Operations team, consisting of the Roster Support Unit and the Patient Flow, works to smooth the running of the NWRH, allowing seamless transitions for patients throughout the hospital, filling vacant shifts and ensuring safe staffing. Supports the efficient and effective provision of care based on clinical standards and best practice principles within a collaborative, multidisciplinary framework, coordinating patient flow and management functions. Leadership in contemporary nursing practice, promoting an environment conducive to innovation and change. Assume the role of Chief Fire Warden in the event of an emergency, following health service/facility policies until support arrives. Details of appointment Permanent, part‑time, shift‑worker position, working up to 56 hours per fortnight, commencing 7 December 2025. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. For a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full‑time, part‑time, and casual vacancies. Salary $130,203 to $136,295 per annum (pro‑rate). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. Allowances Post‑Graduate Allowance up to 10% based on qualification type.
