Responsibilities We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the operations team in Smeaton Grange. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you’ll oversee modular building projects from planning through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple modular construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards. Monitor budgets, costs, and project profitability. Prepare and review tenders, quotes, and purchase orders. Oversee site operations, safety, and compliance documentation. Ensure all project documentation (ITPs, SWMS, O&Ms, certificates, etc.) is completed accurately. Conduct defect inspections, handovers, and client walkthroughs. Promote a positive team culture and continuous improvement. Your Profile Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction (modular or building background ideal). Strong organisational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to interpret plans, scopes, and technical documents. Sound commercial awareness with a focus on protecting project margins. Proficient in project management and Microsoft Office software. Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Stable, full‑time role with an established and growing modular builder. Supportive, team‑oriented environment. Opportunity to manage a diverse range of modular projects up to $5M. Early start/early finish hours (7:00am–3:30pm).
