Job Ref: 46827 Print Job IDAM-Identity & Access Management Analyst IDAM – Identity & Access Management Analyst 12 Months contract Work from home Large Utility company Daily rate : $749 (Inc. Super) A person who comprehends IDAM PAM. You will collaborate closely with SI partner to bring about an amalgamation of PAM into their safety protocols and offer support to Business-as-Usual processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for ensuring all service owner obligations in the areas of service catalogue management, service level management, availability and capacity management are met. Manage all services and risks associated with access, authentication, and controls as part of identity and access management services. Demand management of incoming identity and access management requests Oversee all services associated with managing the existing active directory domain. Manage IT environment authentication and access controls including privileged account management. Contribute to IT projects with provision of IAM services, certificate management and related authentication requirements as needed. Deliver all identity and access management services within agreed SLAs. Build relationships with business stakeholders, project teams and operational teams within the business in assisting them with access and authentication needs. Responsible for ensuring changes or capability uplifts to the security services and controls are implemented minimising delivered risk. Contribute in the continuous improvement program and planning required to maintain and uplift the Identity and Access Management services within ICT and Essential Energy Provide support to the IT Security Manager on information security and cyber security issues as needed. EXPERIENCE Proven leadership skills managing or leading an IT operational / technical team. Detailed knowledge of systems management processes Demonstrated experience working to SLAs. Demonstrated working experience provisioning and managing controls as part of identity and access management services. Demonstrated working experience provisioning and managing services associated with active directory domains. Proven experience working with IT environment authentication and access controls including privileged account management. Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies within the identity and access management sphere Knowledge of Australian government ISM and PSPF framework, as well as information security risk management in alignment with ISO 27001 / 270. Experience in directory service rationalization (AD Migration / Domain consolidations) highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
