$75k - $80k + Superannuation (Dependent on experience) Western Work Force is an Australian owned recruitment company and are a market leader in providing temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions across various industry sectors. Our client is a WA owned Dealership company who sell a wide range of Trucks, Buses and Commercial vehicles, who now have an opportunity for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join their team to process all documentation relating to the service of vehicles whilst within the warranty period. Key duties and responsibilities Compile and complete warranty claims Keep valid and current records of all claims submitted Preparations of rosters Maintain warranty storage of returned parts Maintain a monthly reconciliation of claims Submit transport and hidden damage claims Complete costing of repair orders and assist in other department costing duties Report all customer complaints Discuss all policy write offs with the Service Manager or Assistant Manager Qualifications A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Advanced computing skills Good interpersonal skills Must be able to build strong relationships with the team Application If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity and meet the above criteria, please click APPLY NOW and submit your CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
