About the Role Reporting into the Senior Manager, External Dispute Resolution, you will lead a team of Customer Relations Specialists, ensuring the day‑to‑day performance of your team meets customer expectations whilst minimising the risk that escalated complaints present. You will be responsible for setting the customer service standard and driving service excellence through coaching and development of your team. This role is open to candidates in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to) Lead, develop and inspire a high performing, diverse and engaged team. Ensure effective complaint management, including working closely with AFCA and ensuring regulatory compliance. Foster strong partnerships with internal teams. Support the Senior Manager in setting strategy and direction for the team. Provide relevant coaching and skills development of direct reports. About You Demonstrated dispute resolution experience, preferably managing external disputes. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional results. Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
