Responsible for driving sales performance, quality customer experience, digital innovation through Shopify, Meta and Google Ads. Bring to life the next sage growth, by leading a small team, customer support, digital marketing, warehouse, to ensure growth continues. What you will be doing, responsibilities Apply your digital initiative across multiple platforms, Yotpo, Meta, google ads, Klaviyo, shopify, combined with your marketing promotional skills, drive customer conversion. Review all leading KPI’s from site traffic, subscribers, conversion, repeat purchase, and flagging initiatives to improve. Improve brand performance, across home brands and third-party brands, and onboard new brands to the platform. Responsible for stock purchasing and third part dropship arrangements. Maintain website content and develop new pages or improvements when required. Analysis Google ads & Meta performance, identify opportunities and drive improved performance. Monitor and manage online orders, coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams, and ensure timely delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve website performance and user experience. Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory across platforms. What you'll bring to the role Degree in E-Commerce / Marketing Proven experience with e-commerce platforms shopify Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and online sales strategies Familiarity google ads and Meta Ads Manager Ability to interpret data and customer behaviour to drive performance Commercial acumen in managing promotions, pricing, and inventory Strong communication skills with internal teams, partners, and customers Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset Understanding of digital marketing principles, including email and social media integration Willingness to stay current with e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
