The Company We have partnered with a global wholesale and distribution company, based in western Sydney, with an impressive year‑on‑year growth history. They have recently acquired a competitor and are currently amalgamating. Due to increased headcount, an HR Coordinator position is now available. The Role The HR team is responsible for issuing letters of offer in line with internal approvals and administering the Connx (HR system), as well as processes to support the business. Letters of Offer (LOO) Processing Prepare and process Letters of Offer in ConnX, ensuring all requests align with approved personnel requisitions or consulting with management for any exceptions. Create LOOs using the correct standard templates, including those approved by the Payroll Manager and Manager of Industrial Relations for any variations. Verify that only authorised templates are used and review/approve change requests where applicable. Confirm all employment contracts reflect the correct minimum wage rates and meet compliance requirements. Reporting Responsibilities Produce the weekly ConnX Hires, Changes, and Terminations report for Internal Audit, ensuring all related actions are completed. Compile and distribute the weekly Onboarding Report. Prepare and issue Termination Reports to WHS. Manage WGEA reporting and ensure compliance with legislative standards, including maintaining the HR tracker. ConnX Maintenance Update departmental and workflow changes in ConnX to reflect accurate organisational structures. Process bulk employment contract updates as required. Coordinate with ConnX Support to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Maintain the internal ConnX Issue Tracker and HR Trackers to ensure accuracy and up‑to‑date information.
