POD Coordinator/Operations Floater - Tully About This Opportunity Hired Labour is pleased to be partnering with Blenners Transport in the recruitment of this key role. Blenners Transport is seeking a POD Coordinator/Operations Floater to join our administration team at the Tully depot. This role manages weekly invoices, proof of delivery documentation, and provides administrative support as needed. Position Requirements 1-2 years’ experience in an administration role Experience with Microsoft Office software and ERP systems Experience in a fast-paced transport environment – preferred High attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Good interpersonal and communication skills Why Join Us? Process weekly invoices and proof of delivery (POD) documentation for customers. Investigate and resolve missing PODs with depots. Provide administrative support and assist with customer freight requirements. Assist customers with freight requirements by understanding their needs and requirements Enter all freight jobs in a timely manner ensuring absolute accuracy in pricing, freight information and the recording of customer reference numbers at all times Manifest freight in a timely manner while ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed prior to departure Ensure driver envelopes are correctly completed and contain all required information prior to departure Costing and checking manifests Update the daily Load Plan as loading is planned and completed About the Company Blenners Transport is a proudly Australian Owned and family operated transport business with over 35 years’ experience specialising in refrigerated transport Australia Wide.
