This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. What you’ll be doing Accurately enter data, invoices, and related information into Visual Care (our software system) Maintain and update client records in line with privacy and compliance requirements Support the preparation and distribution of client monthly statements Respond to client, contractor, and supplier enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate team members or departments Ensure all records comply with confidentiality, privacy, and Support at Home funding requirements Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure accurate, efficient, and smooth operations What we’re looking for Previous experience in administration or office support Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common office systems A high level of accuracy and attention to detail A collaborative and adaptable approach to work Commitment to delivering professional and friendly customer service Benefits Competitive remuneration Ongoing training and development opportunities A supportive and collaborative team environment About us Gratis Home Care Pty Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality home care services in South Australia.
