Business Manager Global Brands Ready to lead strategic partnerships and drive growth for global brands. As Business Manager Global Brands youll develop and execute strategic account plans, lead negotiations and deliver sustainable profitable growth across key customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on influencing at all levels, managing complex projects and turning insights into action. What you’ll do Build and maintain strong partnerships with major customers to drive loyalty and growth Lead strategic account planning and deliver innovative solutions Manage pricing forecasting and commercial modelling to optimise profitability Drive new product development initiatives and continuous improvement projects Influence outcomes, manage performance and close gaps Work with autonomy, urgency and confidence What you’ll bring Proven B2B account management and sales experience (5 years) Strong negotiation and influencing skills Commercially astute with a track record of delivering results Strategically minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills If you’re results-driven and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you About Us The Detmold Group is a family-owned and operated global business partnering with some of the worlds largest and most iconic food and retail brands to create world-class packaging for a better tomorrow.
