Based in Matraville, NSW , you will play a key strategic role in the success of this hospitality establishment. What you'll be doing Manage the daily operations of the hotel. Coordinate and supervise staff to ensure efficient and high‑quality service delivery. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel premises. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of hotel operations. What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hotel management role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest interactions effectively. Proficient in using hotel management software and systems. Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
