Our Ideal Candidate / Selection criteria Demonstrated experience in supporting processes and projects relating to enterprise risk, quality management and/or legislative compliance functions. Demonstrated experience working as part of a team in to effectively deliver services/functions and achieve outcomes for which it is responsible. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment, while applying strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail to consistently deliver high quality outcomes. Sound written and oral communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across a range of stakeholders. Demonstrated research, analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Demonstrated ability to self‑motivate, work independently and display initiative and confidence. The folowing desirable criteria will also be assessed: Tertiary qualifications in risk management, quality management, governance, business or a related field Experience in the public sector and/or regulator operations.
