We’re seeking a highly organised, energetic and personable Wedding Sales and Events Manager to oversee the entire client journey from post-contract signing through to post-event follow-up. Working closely with our Head of Wedding Sales and reporting directly to the Director, this role ensures every couple’s vision is executed flawlessly, exceeding expectations while maintaining Pearl’s signature standard of excellence. The Role You’ll manage the full lifecycle of each wedding, taking ownership of client communication, event planning, and delivery. From timelines and logistics to catering coordination, you’ll be the key point of contact ensuring every wedding runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Manage all wedding operations from post-contract to post-event follow-up. Work collaboratively with the Head of Wedding Sales to bring each client’s vision to life. Conduct and host wedding site visits, providing professional guidance and advice. Responsible for the production of detailed event reports, management of final invoicing, and ensuring all event documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Develop and manage event timelines, floor plans, and catering logistics. Liaise with chefs, suppliers, and venue teams to ensure all elements align. Oversee on‑day coordination, ensuring every detail meets client expectations. Conduct post-event follow‑up, gathering feedback and managing next steps. What You’ll Bring A passion for sales, events, food and beverage. Proven experience in wedding or event management within hospitality or venue operations. Exceptional client relationship and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple events simultaneously. Strong organisational ability with excellent attention to detail.
