Russo Estate is a stunning semi‑rural winery and restaurant, known for creating unforgettable experiences through exceptional food, wine, and hospitality. We are currently seeking a passionate and organized Weddings & Events Coordinator to join our team part‑time. Schedule: Your weekly 20-25 hours per week schedule is based on what events and weddings are happening that week. About the Role: As the Weddings & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events at Russo Estate, with a primary focus on weddings. You will work closely with clients to ensure every detail of their special day is flawlessly delivered, from initial inquiries to the final farewell. Key Responsibilities: Manage client inquiries and conduct venue tours for prospective wedding and event bookings. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff to ensure seamless event execution. Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process. Oversee event set‑up and on‑day logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly. Maintain and update event documentation, contracts, and schedules. About You: Previous experience in event coordination and hospitality, preferably within the wedding industry. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
