The Role We’re seeking an experienced Wedding & Events Coordinator (ideally someone who also brings Styling & Concepting experience) to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on creativity and connection — balancing logistics and timelines with design, detail, and relationship building. You’ll be the driving force behind flawlessly executed weddings and events, managing client relationships, timelines, and supplier coordination, while also bringing your styling eye to create events that feel elevated, intentional, and beautifully curated. We’re open to applications for: Full‑time Wedding & Events Coordinator + Stylist (combined role) or Wedding & Events Coordinator Part‑time Coordinator or Coordinator + Stylist — 20‑30 hours per week Experience in full‑service wedding planning — including researching and engaging vendors, creating & managing client budgets, and creating styling decks or mood boards — is highly regarded. Manage weddings, retreats, and private events from initial planning through to delivery Act as the main client contact — building trust and guiding them through each stage of their event Develop and manage detailed run sheets, floor plans, and timelines Liaise with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth communication Coordinate on‑day execution and oversee bump‑in / bump‑out logistics Support marketing through capturing content at events Maintain alignment with Austinvilla’s brand values: beauty, connection, and excellence Stylist Responsibilities (for candidates with stylist experience) Design and deliver event styling concepts aligned with the client’s vision and the Austinvilla aesthetic Create mood boards, styling decks, styling budgets, and visual guides for clients Lead setup and styling execution for weddings and events Contribute to photoshoots, marketing content, and trend curation for future events Expected Availability For the full‑time role, core working days would be Tuesday to Saturday . Flexibility is required to accommodate wedding days and occasional events outside standard hours. While hours can vary based on events, a typical wedding coordination day spans from 11am‑9pm. Candidates should be comfortable working longer hours on event days and understand that hours may extend depending on event requirements.
