We’re seeking an experienced and organised Senior Wedding & Events Coordinator / Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team , deliver seamless event operations, and ensure every celebration exceeds expectations. If you love variety, teamwork, and the buzz of seeing a perfect event unfold, you’ll thrive here. Your role Lead, motivate, and support our event coordination and service teams with energy and positivity. Manage weddings and corporate events from concept to completion, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Oversee detailed event documentation: client files, function sheets, run sheets, and floor plans. Meet with couples and clients to finalise plans, upsell enhancements, and bring creative visions to life. Collaborate with our Head Chef and service team to ensure seamless execution and timing. Conduct guided venue tours for prospective clients. Deliver on-the-day coordination (on a balanced rotating roster) to ensure smooth event flow and exceptional guest experience. Create and maintain staff training manuals and operating procedures. Support the sales and marketing team when required. About you Minimum 3 years’ experience in wedding coordination, event management, or hospitality operations . Outstanding administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and creative flair. Natural leader who inspires collaboration, professionalism, and fun within the team. Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office and POS systems). Weekend and evening availability (rotating roster). High personal presentation and genuine passion for guest service. Knowledge of OH&S and event safety compliance.
