Customer Relations Officer - Viewhills Manor, Endeavour Hills VIC 3802 Join Calvary Health Care’s growing team as a Customer Relations Officer on a 6‑month Fixed Term contract. Location: Endeavour Hills, VIC 3802 Contract: Fixed Term – 6 months Closing Date: Dec 5 2025 About the Role The Customer Relations Officer is the primary support for the Home Manager, responsible for occupancy management at the home, handling enquiries through to welcome and resident transition. You will balance the right resident for the home and optimise occupancy. Your Main Duties Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government aged‑care policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements. Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary’s values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect. Build effective working relationships with facility staff and ILU residents. About You Strong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment. High attention to detail. Ability to use contemporary IT applications and platforms (including MS Office, Teams) and to learn new ones when required. Understanding of occupancy targets, room prices and target resident mix (e.g., number of supported residents) for the home. Knowledge of administrative practices. Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload and work independently and as part of a team, meeting competing deadlines and delivering high‑quality outcomes. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional customer service and ability to multi‑task and manage conflicting demands. Manage and coordinate tours, prepare paperwork and ensure rooms are ready for display. Previous experience with roster management is essential. Experience with Kronos or UKG Dimensions is favourable.
