If you're interested in something a little different and enjoy working in customer service, apply now and see where Taipan can take you Responsibilities Promote open and regular communication with the Customer Relations Officers Team. Answer inbound telephone sales and general enquiries. Translate and data entry of sales quotes and orders for existing customers. Manage and process COD customer payments. Use a collaborative approach to resolve customer issues and complaints. Action orders in the sales inbox. Qualifications Knowledge of hose and fittings is desirable but not necessary. Information and communication technology (ICT) literate. Effective Time Management.
