We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, energetic and experienced Customer Relations Officer to join our Stakeholder Relations in a casual capacity. Your new role You will be a friendly face and voice to our community, greeting people with a smile, identifying customer needs and solutions, answering questions and handling cashiering duties – all while making every interaction positive and efficient. What you'll need to succeed Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience (even during tricky conversations) Experience working in either a call centre, hospitality, retail or administrative role Strong administration skills to keep things running smoothly Excellent communication skills to connect with people and solve customer requests Expertise in performing point of sale, cash handling and float reconciliation (yes, you're great with numbers too) Benefits Hourly rate of $ (including 25% loading in lieu of leave entitlements) plus superannuation For further information on this position and how to apply please visit our website.
