This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective delivery of care by managing patient data and scheduling appointments for surgical and endoscopic procedures. Key responsibilities Accurately enter patient data into patient management systems Schedule appointments for patients on the preparation list Provide customer service to patients and their carers Perform office duties as required Must be able to manage competing priorities and multitask About you Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities Excellent computer skills including proficiency in M365 Western Health is one of the largest healthcare providers in Victoria, caring for a vibrant, diverse and rapidly growing community of one million people in Melbourne’s western suburbs.
