Overview Our Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer is a key support role to the delivery of our Community Care based services. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are running efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience. About The Role Key responsibilities include but are limited to: Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone, email and in person Manage requests, concerns and inquiries Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood Creation of correspondence and documentation as requested Efficiently organise appointments, diaries, travel and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements Monitor, order and distribute office supplies and arrange for the maintenance/repair of office equipment Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource and other Blue Care systems and databases Use mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required) Assist senior staff with special projects as required Role Requirements You will have effective verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude Employee Benefits Save tax and increase your take home pay by salary packaging your everyday living expenses and bills (up to $15,900) and meal entertainment (up to $2,650) per annum A recognition and rewards platform, providing employee discounts at hundreds of retailers, including everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, annual awards celebration, wellbeing and employee assistance programs 12 weeks paid parental leave and 2 weeks paid partner leave, available after 6 months service, in addition to the government scheme Diversity and inclusive leave, offering paid gender affirmation leave and cultural leave options (paid and unpaid) for those who may celebrate Lunar New Year, Diwali, Ramadan, NAIDOC weeks and other significant cultural events Career development opportunities with one of the most trusted community and residential care providers in Australia to challenge yourself, grow and make a meaningful difference Company & Culture BlueCare is proudly part of the UnitingCare Family.
