Experience is preferred; however, new graduates are welcome to apply - PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AVAILABLE About the Role Work alongside children, young people and their families to set goals, develop strategies and support their implementation Empower our clients and families to develop their skills in areas such as communication, speech, eating and drinking, social skills and supporting inclusion in chosen activities and settings Assessment and intervention in specialist areas such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), dysphagia and mealtime management. Communicate and work efficiently and collaboratively with the team to ensure best practice & integrated client care Provide support to families through a keyworker model of practice and parent coaching Opportunity to provide support through telehealth, engaging with families online for assessment and intervention.
