Senior Speech Pathologist

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families. We would love to hear from Speech Pathologists of all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in a range of settings, including both clinic and community environments. Job Description As a rapidly growing company, we are continuing to add more clinicians to our multi-disciplinary team who are passionate about supporting NDIS participants living in Port Macquarie and surrounding areas. In this role, you will use your exceptional clinical skills to make a difference in your clients' lives and foster the development of others within the broader team by: Delivering essential speech pathology services to help participants enhance their quality of life Visiting participants within the community, including their homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to interpret findings and formulate treatment goals Participating in monthly peer group supervision with allocated mentors and staff members Collaborating with our wider multi-disciplinary team of OTs, Physios, EPs, Psychologists, and BSPs What's in it for you?
